Terms of Service

Effective from 5 October 2026. Gerin is operated by KucLab (EU, heygerin.com).

1. The service

Gerin is a personal AI agent offered as a beta service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time. The beta runs on a free model provided by the operator; paid models arrive with the operator key in a later phase.

2. Storage quota

Each account includes a 2 GB storage quota for uploaded files.

3. Subscription

The Essential plan costs €15 per billing period. An inactive subscription means the agent does not reply to messages. See Subscription for the current state of your plan.

4. Acceptable use

Abuse is prohibited - including but not limited to: breaking the law, infringing third-party rights, sending spam, attempting to disrupt the service, or circumventing quotas and access controls. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Termination and deletion

You may terminate the contract at any time by deleting your account at Account → Delete. Deletion removes all your data (conversations, files, usage records) and cannot be undone.
